Admission Procedure
Simple and Seamless Admission Process at Upasana Hospital
Registration:
For first-time consultations, please complete the patient registration with accurate details. A unique Hospital ID (UHID) card will be issued, and your hospital file will be created.
Admission:
If your doctor has recommended hospitalization, please visit the front desk to complete the admission form. This includes necessary details and consent for treatment. For children under 12, a guardian will complete the form. If insurance coverage applies, please provide the pre-authorization letter.
Payment/Deposit:
A deposit may be required based on room type and treatment. Corporate patients should provide an authorization letter. For surgery, full payment is required upfront. Interim bills will be provided regularly, and additional payments should be made within 12 hours. Payments can be made via cash, cheque, credit card, or DD at the billing department.
For any billing queries, please contact the billing department directly. Payments should only be made to authorized billing staff.
